When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, and message. When delivery is enabled, Resend processes the notification and delivers it to our business inbox. We use that information to respond and discuss potential work. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment information, or confidential customer records.

Website operation

Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare manages our domain’s DNS. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, diagnose errors, and limit abuse. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this site. In production, Vercel BotID uses browser and request signals to help verify contact and website-check requests. Security providers may process those signals to detect automated abuse.

Public website checks

The website checker uses the domain you submit to request the public homepage and inspect its HTTPS connection and response headers. The target website can see our request. We do not save reports in a database or require your email address. A saved report is downloaded to your device. Hosting providers may retain technical request logs.

Storage and requests

Inquiries are handled in email rather than stored in a separate website database. Provider delivery and security logs may also retain technical information. We keep correspondence while it is needed for the inquiry or resulting engagement, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by contacting info@evergreenintelligence.work. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
